#asktheexpert I am 7 months pregnant. it's my second pregnancy. I suffering from acute lower back pain. please suggest something for relief . my first delivery was c- section .

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You can keep a heat pad or a hot water bottle you can apply some spray Volini or whatever is available to you and after that you can keep a heat pad or hot water bottle that is going to help in relieving the pain and please check with your doctor as well
