Q.

I am 33 weeks pregnant with twins. People says that we need to keep track of baby's kicks and movement. But how to differentiate movements of twins? i can not differentiate. Moreover, sometimes i have pain like period cramps in my pelvic area for 10-15 seconds. Is it braxton hicks contraction?
