A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Hi Any tummy fat or body fat can only be reduced with proper exercising and dieting it’s very important for you to follow a healthy regime of exercise and dieting but since you have had a C-section so you can only start working out after 6 to 8 months of your delivery
