Soyal MaheshwariMom of 3 children5 years agoA. hi. belly fat is one of the toughest body part to reduce fat from. you must do planks and crunches daily..walk or run for 30 minutes minimum. Maintain a balanced diet with lots of protein intake and less carbs. Keep yourself well hydrated. Avoid junk food and aerated drinks.
