A. take some lukewarm water and add some lemon juice and honey to it. Mix together and drink this water in the morning. have healthy diet n ple ty of fluids.. do daily physical exercise

A. Hello dear parent, for reducing belly fat you need to change your lifestyle for better. Eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are your friends. Avoid maida and sugar totally. Good luck and take care
