A. only way is exercises normally delivery after 2 months cesarean section after 6 monthsOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging etc to reduce your belly fat. As u have just delivered the baby, eat healthy and nutritious diet and don't worry about the belly fat now.
