A. Hi.congratulations on you baby.i don't know how many months passed after your delivery. But reducing pose pregnancy belly is bit difficult but not impossible. Actually we can't loose belly till one year after delivery bcoz our body is need of getting normal. we had many hormonal up and downs in pregnancy. All the hormones should come to normal conditions after delivery it takes time.bcoz of this only we have hairfall. If you are just few months old after delivery then please wait for alteast one year.bcoz u need to recover alot and eat alot healthy food. So why we get loose belly after dinner means. In pregnancy while baby is growing our boy also grows. skin expands alot.but after delivery the size decrease and belly becomes to normal condition. so when expanded skin comes to normal again becoming small it sags and becomes loose.just image a balloon before blowing and after air going out how it looks. now you understood I think. So please eat healthy diet.if you think your body is ready for diet and weight loss u can proceed. You should eat hight protein and low carb diet. if u want to know in detail you cam message me in my instagram. my instagram page is @myprettyvlogs. If u find this useful please follow me and I can give u a balanced diet for belly loss. I'm a nutritionist and parenting counselor.
