please do the following things:
Start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery
till that Walk walk and walk,it is good pelvic floor exercise.
tie a saree or duptta on your belly.
eat couple of bites less than usual
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
