A. hi you are mother of 3 children to loose belly fat do some yoga brisk walking for atleast 40 mins and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet avoid fried and oily foodstuff and remain physically active throughout the day

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily
