yes ,it is common to get it.
but to reduce it , I advise to start doing exercises and yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery.
till that , avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits etc more
you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
