Hi mom, try to eat a healthy and balanced diet. include variety of homecooked foods like whole grains, dals and pulses, millets, milk and milk products, seasonal and fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water for hydration.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours interval and regularize your meal timings.
avoid processed, fried and junk foods, carbonated beverages, maida recipes, too much of salt, sugar and fats.
you can go on a walk, start yoga or some exercise.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and jt is very normal in ladies after delivery. please have rich fiber and proteins food. and also avoid oily junk and packed food. also follow the regular exercise and yoga routine.
