how to loose post pregnancy weight? anyone can please share some realistic diet to loose post pregnancy weight, without exercise as being a mother to 7 months old baby it is really difficult for me to exercise and do some diet as i am a breastfeeding mom.

A. hello dear start your day with some lukewarm jeera or ajwain water and start doing some walk for 35 to 40 minutes on a regular basis avoid oily fried and junk food reduce the intake of sugar and have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet also try to include multigrain roti in the diet
