How many months will I have back pain after a C section. Sometimes I feel a tingling pain in the lower back. C section done on March 7th this year

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasingd the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet yourx doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
