Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guiddance regarding this after doing a proper examinatihuon and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.
Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
