Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which shoulddvv be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeedinfg to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Right now you cannot go for any workout or diet because you’re a breastfeeding mom and your stitches do not heal that early so I would just say that after completing the time of 3 to 4 months you can go for regular walk not brisk walk but regular and by completing the time of six months slowly you can start brisk walk
