RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am u didn’t mention when did u have ur last surgery as without that how can I tell u weather ru for to go for an exercise or not .. so just consult ur gynaecologist once and if she tells u that ur fit then go ahead with workout and diet
