ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. hi j postdelivery, after gynaecologist clearance , start walking. yoga, suryanamaskars will also help. this is a slow process so keep patience. exercises help to freshen up. good overall health. improve appetite. breastfeeding wont be affected in negative way. maintain hydration.
