SanthoshiMom of a 1 yr old child1 Year agoA. Apply vicks in the chest and rub gently back shoulder area. Milk with very small amount of good turmeric powder. ( 1/2 spoon - 5 to 10 milligram) Consume only hot boiled water in warm condition. Winter season keep the body warm.
