You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home
You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
