A child start breaking of milk teeth from the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years so I do not see it early it’s very much within time and the teeth will also come the process can go up till the age of 4 1/2 years to 13 years by then mostly all the new teeth are going to come in the milk teeth are going to break down
