Hlo everyone I am breastfeeding mother of 22 months old baby .. my question is that can I eat fish during breastfeeding???? It is safe for him in 37% weather temperatures

Yes you can have it as far as your digestion is well enough , but yes every individual is different , quite at times reaction chances may occur so have in small amounts initially and gradually if all well you can continue
