Q.

Hi… we have missed to take pulse polio is there any affect my baby …. Baby 3 months old but 2 vaccinations we have taken in private hospital

A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then also you should give this vaccine on the htthe pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine. For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .

A. Hi It’s no issue government is conducting pulse polio today and tomorrow also in different different states and city so you figure it out and get it done there otherwise you can talk to your doctor and you can go ahead with the polio drops in the private hospital as
