Hello there, Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Please give indirect steam to the Baby. Please massage baby chest with lukewarm mustard oil. If the fever increases, then it is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advice properly. You can also book online doctors appointment on First Cry.

We are using the medicines :-1.  NUROFEN ( relief of fever, symptoms of cold and flu and pain such as teething , toothace, sore throat, headache,rheumatic or muscular pain) 
2. FEVADOL SF ( paracetamol syrup analgesic - antipyretic )
3. Fast nasoline (spray)
 
For nebulizer we are giving PULMIREMA ( BUDESONIDE INHALATION SUSPENSION) 1ml
And VENTOLIN (RESPIRATOR SOLUTION ) 1 ml 
For nebulizer!
All these are giving by doctors advices but he’s not feeling well
