Hi sir, Good Morning.. Can I feed a baby carrot & Beetroot puree without boiling?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. nope, as he is 6 month old, give in cooked form only. Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew.
Start with a very small quantity and slowly increase the portion.

as it's always preferred to boil
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 35/
