#AskTheExpert Carrot paste(without boiling carrot) was given to 6mo baby instead of puree. Will it cause problem?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. will not digest, as she is 6 month old, so offer her everything in cokked form to get easily digest. except avcado and Banana..they don't need to give in cooked form.
