Q.
What can be given to 7months old baby? Right now I'm giving 1 fruit daily and carrot/beetroot puree and rest breast mik. What can be given instead of Carrot / Beetroot puree??

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. you can give puree mashed boiled vegetables as potato sweet potato papaya apple pear sapota banana pumpkin bottle gourd..
you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana mashed khichdi dal with vegetables..
remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
