A. Hello good morning !! Packed Health drink mix is suggested only after two years of age. But are not safe and not advised to toddlers as they are processed and contain sugar . Instead give home made nuts powder (dry roast all nuts,seeds after checking the suitability and make a fine powder,store in an air tight container). While preparing add the powder in milk add little quantity of dates powder or rock sugar powder or else give plain milk according to the baby's taste preference.
