Hi, My toddler is 1 year and 4 months old talking one one word but with tongue out or taking lower jaw forward sometimes is it normal? please advise

A. Madam without a physical assessment I really cannot confirm on anything so it’s going to be good for you to consult your doctor on that your doctor is going to give you an appropriate confirmation about the situation that is there after only physical examining the child
