Hi, My daughter is 8 years old she is having fever of 100.8 I gave her Calpol 250- 8ml. Do I need to change the dosage or any other syrup. Her weight is 27 kg. Also she is having cold and cough. Please advise

A. its right dose. give her calpol for 3 days, along woth good home remedies like steam inhakation, taking tulsi water,or ajwain water. if no improvement after 3 days, do consult ur doctor
