hi my daughter is 2months old baby. she is suffering from cold and cough. can i apply coconut oil mixed with camphor on her chest.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes you can apply and start giving steam to the baby twice a day and also roast some ajwain on tawa and naje a potli and keep it close to baby and put eucalyptus oil few drops on pillow of the baby

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes you can. You can add tulsi leaves to warm coconut oil and apply to baby's chest sole and back. Keep baby warm too. Also feed your baby frequently it may help. See doctor if needed. Keep your Baby hydrated
