No If it is too much hot then I would not advise you to use mustard oil because mustard oil anyway this too hot it is not a good idea so you can use any other oil you can use coconut oil to do a gentle massage just add a bit of garlic and carom seeds to it just warm it a little and then you go ahead with doing a gentle body
