Hi, My baby is 5 month completed👼. Still iam having pregnancy belly😔 and looks like an 5month pregnant women🤰. I have some doubt that pregnancy belt will help me to reduce pregnancy belly? Shall I use that belt? please help me. Thanks in advance 🙂

A. takes time. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutthe baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.
