I am breastfeeding mother and boy competed 2 months but milk not enough to boy baby so iam giving powder milk on pediatrician suggestion to boy baby. iam using abdominal binder but still my belly not reduced. still it looks like 5 months pregnant women belly.is there any way to reduce belly fat in healthy way and to increase breast milk?

A. it is only a support for the abdomen to have abdominal bander it is not going to reduce the size you had to do moderate exercises take date less in fats and carbohydrates
