Q.

HI... my baby 4months old my milk is not enough and so is milk powder Not enough tell me the solution

A. Hai good afternoon !! Untill 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested. If you have insufficient milk production then you can supplement with formula milk.. For improving milk production have more water, fluids, milk,diary products, garlic, garlic milk, rusk, bread toast, papaya,chikoo (sapota), poppy seeds, saunf,mutton kheema in regular diet... The more baby latches the more milk produces..
