hi my baby is 45 days old, but pus is forming inside his navel ,I m applying neosporin powder thrice and giving him antobiotic zifi drops ,how much it will take to heal completely ,pls help

A. if it is not healing even at this age can be a umbilical granuloma ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
