hi.. my baby is 3 months old... while massaging her do I need to warm the coconut oil ? or should I use normal coconut oil without heating it...

In winters u can warm coconut oil little bit. Otherwise there is no need if it is already melted.
Massaging helps in strengthening the bones and muscles of the baby and it builds bond between the baby and the mother. Take care
