hi my babi studdenly in his private area start little pimples I had tried rashes cream boroplus and coconut oil not going what to do

A. Change diapers often to avoid long contact with moisture. Apply diaper cream at every diaper change to create a protective barrier that keeps moisture out. Treat diaper rashes with b4 nappy rash cream
