Hi , meri delivery ko next month 3yrs complete ho jayengey , mujhey is bar period 1st day heavy bleeding hui fir light last days ki tarah h, kya yeh manopose ka symptom h, plz advice🙏

A. Periods after delivery may remain irregular for a few months ,sometimes heavy / sometimes light no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy
