yesterday I got my first period after delivery.. heavy bleeding since morning and heavy cramps what to do

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Heavy bleeding is never to be considered as normal and you should not take self medication you should 1st get proper examination done by your doctor and then take the medications

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it is normal that once you resume your periods post delivery can have heavy flow and cramps and can happen durbg next few periods also and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you accordingly which s better
