Hi Mam, My baby boy is 1 year 2 months old now.How many spoons i can mix dried dates powder in milk per day...i am using 4 spoons now..please confirm ? and also can I use white sesame oil or Balck sesame oil ,olive oil for cooking for my baby ..? please confirm mam.

A. 4 spoon will be excess, do reduce to half of it. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used at home
