Hi ma’am my second delivery was before 3 months Now i have backache and also i feel like leaking urine sometimes ehat i do now Mine was normal delivery

You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.
Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
