Hii Doctor i had C-section delivery before 1 yr now can i start my workout? But my still i hve a backache

A. Yes of course you can start with your workout now and if you’re still having bagging then you should force start with basic yoga exercises which is going to help in reducing down the pain in your back and which is what is going to be beneficial for you to do so that you can move ahead with further exercising then
