hi is eating fenugreek cause miscarriage actually my periods should start on 4th of this month,I have taken a tablespoon of fenugreek this morning.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. fenugreek is not safe during pregnancy, as it causes uterus contraction. but in your case, good to consult with your gynecologist once to get the evaluation done in detail.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. hello...You shouldn't use fenugreek if you're pregnant. This herb has been used to induce labor, and it can cause contractions, premature labor, and miscarriage. so better to avoid and any discomfort noticed then better to check with your doctor
