A. the placental position is totally normal and nothing to worry about and now since you are about 38 weeks grade 3 maturity is also good.
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. A grade 3 placenta at 37 weeks and 3 days is generally considered normal and is a sign of a mature placenta. Here's a breakdown of what this means:
### Placenta Location and Grade
1. **Location**:
- **Fundus**: The fundus is the top part of the uterus. Having the placenta at the fundus is a common and typically normal location.
- **Right Lateral**: This indicates the placenta is attached to the right side of the uterus. Again, this is a normal variation.
2. **Grade 3 Placenta**:
- The grading of the placenta (0 to 3) indicates its maturity and changes as the pregnancy progresses.
- **Grade 0**: Usually seen in early pregnancy.
- **Grade 1**: Seen in mid-pregnancy.
- **Grade 2**: Seen in late pregnancy, around 30 to 34 weeks.
- **Grade 3**: Seen close to term (after 34 weeks) and indicates that the placenta is mature and has calcifications.
### What It Means
- **Normal Maturity**: A grade 3 placenta at 37 weeks indicates that the placenta has matured as expected for this stage of pregnancy. It's a sign that your body is preparing for labor and delivery.
- **Placental Calcifications**: Grade 3 placentas show more calcifications and structural changes, which are typical as the pregnancy nears full term. These changes are part of the natural aging process of the placenta.
### Considerations
- **Placental Function**: Even with a grade 3 placenta, it's important to ensure the placenta is still functioning well and providing adequate nutrients and oxygen to your baby. Your healthcare provider will monitor this through ultrasounds and other assessments.
- **Monitoring**: Continue with regular prenatal check-ups. Your healthcare provider will monitor your baby's growth and well-being to ensure everything is progressing normally.
### When to Be Concerned
While a grade 3 placenta at 37 weeks is generally normal, there are a few situations where closer monitoring might be necessary:
- **Decreased Fetal Movement**: If you notice a decrease in your baby's movements, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
- **Growth Concerns**: If there are any concerns about your baby's growth or if there are signs of placental insufficiency, your doctor may recommend additional monitoring or early delivery.
### Conclusion
A fundal right lateral grade 3 placenta at 37 weeks and 3 days is typically a sign of normal placental maturity. Continue with your regular prenatal visits, and discuss any concerns with your healthcare provider to ensure both you and your baby remain healthy as you approach delivery.
