Hi I have undergone c section 10 months back .can I start gym to reduce post pregnancy tummy fat??

A. qyes yes yu can go to gym if you want ok. so best is you go easy and try to eat in limited amount too to cut on belly suze

A. Hi Yes, now u can do gym. There is no problem in that. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Take care
