Hi , I have 2 months old baby and haven't used the abdominal belt to reduce tummy post c-section. Will I be able to reduce tummy?

A. hi mom yes u can still reduce your tummy .. u need to control your diet take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet .. after 3 months start exercising
