#asktheexperts now am post 20days after my c section...can I use tight abdominal belt...does tying cloth or wearing abdominal belt...really reduce tummy??...am not wearing anything..am worried my tummy would remain same

Okay let me clear your doubt the belt that you wear or the Dupatta that you tie is basically to help your stomach being in place because when you deliver a child skin becomes loose and becomes more hanging so it’s not going to help and reducing down your tummy but it will help in keeping the tummy in place which you will have to reduce over the period with a workout
