hi.. i had my second c section 2 months ago... when can i start workout for my mommy pooch?

A. You can actually start working out from the age of 8 to 9 months of your delivery let your C-section stitches heal completely after that only you can go for any kind of workout for that it would not be advisable as the C-section stage take time to heal
