Q.

Hi doctor., I have 10 months old baby and I got my periods when my son was in his 8th month and again I got periods in 10th months is irregular.Also I'm over weight since post pregnancy. kindly suggest about irregular periods and can I start dieting during lactation as I'm doing exercises too but still not reducing since post pregnancy months ?

A. well this us one rule. uf you are breastfeeding then menses can be like this.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

A. it can be due to any reasons ,harmonal imbalance, thyroid, or iron deficiency, please consult with your gynaecologist regarding this once as she will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing
