Hi am mother of 2 years daughter, after my c section ther is increase in weight . even though am in diet I have thyroid also.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. If your thyroid is under control, then it will not affect your weight gain or loss. You have to work out on a daily basis, and along with that you have to do portion control. Write Your Answer Here

You should take an advice with a nutrition expert on that because whatever situation is your having as per that only they will be able to help you too have a customised diet plan which is going to be essentially helpful in reduction of your weed and any other issue that you’re facing so I believe that one right thing that you can go ahead with
